Charitable review:
Young children might enjoy the fantasy and appeal of a young boy who becomes 'special'. Apparently produced on a limited budget, special effects are limited and best efforts are put forth by all involved.

Not so charitable review:
Even the dog looked embarrassed to be in this stinker. Terrible acting, weak special effects and poor script; at best predictable and boring.
