Absolutely fantastic. My husband and I have seen Billy E. at 5 times now...Paramount, Village Theater, London stage, Movie directed by Lee Hall AND this one. This one was SO GOOD! We love theater and thought this London Live recorded stage production was great. For one thing, sometimes it's difficult in the other productions, to understand the northern England accents. No so in this one. Also, the casting was the best of any we'd seen. In case it's not obvious, we HIGHLY recommend it.

Incredible production! Open your mind; this is a live musical production, not the movie. The actors - child and adult - are all incredible, especially the boy who plays Billy, Elliott Hanna. He can act, he sings, and most of all he can dance!

I just wish the camera work was a little better; too much zooming in for closeups when the viewer would like to see the footwork! Other than that, a great way to watch this musical until/unless a live production comes to your town!

Horrible - I loved the movie but this does not do the story any justice
