It just continues to get more interesting. The characters Marko and Alana are becoming more complex as is the mercenaries. Loving this series!

More fanart on the back, but the adventures continue with more action! And then, it would take place for about the rest of the year after the first volume began. To sum up, it was probably interesting, but I like how it turned out. Hopefully later, I want to know whether the rest of the story would do as it progresses onward. A bit of catching up on Wikipedia always got me to the point where I exactly left off before beginning and I am officially done for now. Artwork was still excellent and accurate.

This beautifully written comic series just keeps getting better and better! I really like The Will and Lying Cat characters and Gwendolyn is growing on me too.

I can't fully explain the wholly awesomeness that is the Saga series. Brian K. Vaughan is a genius - every series he is involved in is great.

Such good writing.

This series has a broad appeal and is a must-read adult comic series.

Staples and Vaughan do not disappoint with the their third trade. The series continues to intrigue, delight, and surprise.

Inventive, emotional, action-packed, funny, and weird. Even though I think this story has many influences, including Star Wars and the Wizard of Oz it's completely original, too. Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples have achieved perfect comic alchemy of words and art with Saga. I love it and can't wait for more.

I love the Lying Cat. We need that in real life.

There are only three forms of high art: the symphony, the illustrated children's book and the board game.

JCLChrisK Jul 09, 2015

All good children's stories are the same: young creature breaks rules, has incredible adventure, then returns home with the knowledge that aforementioned rules are there for a reason.

Of course, the actual message to the careful reader is: break rules as often as you can, because who the hell doesn't want to have an adventure?

"Oh, I abhor real violence, but fake violence is f***ing brilliant.”

Here's the thing, everybody loves babies . . . but only in very, VERY small doses.
