Movie kind of "Glorifying Crime" but it was at the end interesting to see the extend of these crimes, as I understand it actually is in the real world as well where these crooks operate daily on Craigslist etc.... Not recommended for kids in early teens....they will rob people.

I like Will Smith, but this was a disappointment! I just gave up on watching this.

Oddly, I found this film to be funny. I was not shocked at how large the petty theft industry is but it was fascinating to see how well organized it is. I was however, surprised to find out that there is actually a bit of a love story with some nice plot twists. And it's an added bonus to stare at some very good looking celebrities and sceneries.

In mycopinion this is definitely one of the better Will Smith movies. Never a dull moment and such a twist in the plot. I can watch this film over and over again.

Haven't watched a con movie this good in a while! Focus is a perfect combination of Hitch, 21 and Ocean's 11 all rolled into one. If you like suave con movies, you'll probably like this one.

Focus started off very elegant, and quickly became a bit of a circus act - never really allowing you to just sit back and enjoy the scenery by hitting you with an obscene amount of plot twists. I understand they were con artists, but I started feeling like I was being taken advantage of by the end. That being said, it is a fun film and Will Smith and Margot Robbie were an entertaining duo.

Fresh Prince of Bel Air morphs into Stale Scientologist from Holly 'Hood. My favorite moment in every Thetan thespian's career is recognizing which movie marks that pivotal point when their charisma no longer carries the movie. All the lip-licking, macho maneuvering and overabundant smiling that worked so well for them in the past...begins to look like what it always was...mostly mechanical and definitely insincere. It's time for an audit by Xenu, Will.

Quotes by Nicky:

And if I lie, I want to lie like normal people lie. I want my wife to say, "hey, honey. Do I look fat in these jeans?" And I want to say, "No, sweetie. You look terrific. You should wear those." That's how I want to lie.

We're gonna make this quick 'cause it's really cold. Now, I'm gonna show you a few touches, but at the end of the day, this is a game of focus. (Jesse: That's very clever.)
All right, now, attention is like a spotlight. And our job is to dance in the darkness...

My grandfather used to be con man in Harlem. Then my father started working for him hitch. One day I discovered. A mafioso saw him making signs. All drew their weapons, surrendered, no way out. Except one: The Panic Button Toledo.

Quotes by Nicky:

The human brain is slow, and it cannot multitask. All right, you got to get inside the Vic's head, perceive from their perspective. Human behavior is very predictable. If I look at my hand, it naturally pulls your gaze and allows me to enter your space. But when I look up at you, it causes you to look directly at me. I touch you here, I steal from here. I tap you here, I steal from here. You get their focus... You can take whatever you want.

There's two kinds of people in this world. There's hammers and there's nails. You decide which one you want to be. He said, "there's no room for heart in this game. That shit'll get you killed."

I can convince anyone of anything. I once convinced a man that an empty warehouse was the federal reserve, so I'm good.
