A surprisingly watchable movie about a ne'r-do-well pilot, a missionary, a couple of stowaway kids and farm animals crashing a WWII B29 35 years after the war on an island with Japanese soldiers who don't know the war is over. Imaginative. Hokey and complacent in many ways, but Genevieve Bujold is at her charming best, Gould is okay, the boy is awful and the girl is almost stomachable being cutesey.
