Add a CommentI think many people would find this documentary too slow or aimless, but I thought it was pretty good. Sam Shepard and his best friend, who also happens to be his former father-in-law, have very different approaches to life. Their longtime friendship and correspondence through letters were interesting to me, though my mind started to wander a bit by the end. I recommend Shepard & Dark for those who like documentaries and/or Sam Shepard.
