This book has some very fancy vegan recipes. I've only tried the sunchoke soup because everything else seemed a bit difficult. But that soup was amazing. My only complaint would be that since the chefs are not vegan, most of the dishes are just based on vegetables (ie. no beans, tofu, tempeh, seitan etc).
