I thought the book was entertaining. She was able to use humour and I thought that as a reader and a fan of the show at one time, that I got to know who she was. She also through in some behind the scene comments about Biggest Loser which were interesting. So, although a good read, I did not find it motivating for myself in the effort to lose weight or to gain 'my' worth but was more of a read about someone elses. I suppose that would help some people in their quest for being healthier....but I don't live on a fitness ranch, I have to work 8 hours a day and then go home to be a mom and wife so can't quite squeeze in that 7 hours of fitness/day. Guess I couldn't relate...still a good read though. I give it 3/5.
