i love this mans cookbooks. he pulls no punches. and he gives you the measurements in imperial and metric (most british cookery books don't do that). and the pictures make you want to eat the picture.

I'm a huge Gordon Ramsay fan and found that this book didn't disappoint. There are loads of delicious recipes that you'll love to try and all are mouth-watering and flavorful.
