Book two. I enjoyed them both. Worth a read for sure.

It does start a big slow, but I still think it was very well written. Great for anyone that likes SciFi and the series.

I was pretty bored for a fair amount of this book. I preferred the first book. Still, you learn some interesting things.

Start of the book is quite slow and but interesting the way Greg is able to keep you glued to the story to reach every single page. It would be more suitable to have a visual of his book. It is much more simpler to follow then Cryptum, however read book 1 before read Primordium. Most certainly hints the new enemy or threat in Halo 4. 'The Captive' a must read.

It moves rather slowly, but is a very good sequel to Halo: Cryptum. These are not the action packed Halo narratives that Eric Nylund made famous with "Fall of Reach" and "First Strike." But I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. The slow pace helps to build suspense to a book that quite possibly is setting up the plot to Halo 4.
