Ryan Kwanten of TV's 'True Blood' stars in this charming, quirky and totally unpredictable romantic comedy about the superhero in all of us. Griff, a shy and awkward office worker by day, finds escape from his ordinary life by assuming the identity of a fantastic superhero each night. Griff's secret is jeopardized when he meets Melody, a cute but unconventional daydreamer. She quickly becomes fascinated by his idiosyncrasies, which are equal only to her own.

Better than average romantic comedy. Any attempt to get away from the normal run of the mill rom-com is appreciated. All the main characters are "quirky" and have depth. The story was interesting. Not my kind of movie, but was worth watching for the genre.

Tina R. Cooper says: "Didn't grab me at first, but saw it a second time and I enjoyed". You might want/need to give it a 2x's see! Worth it!

Very unique take on a like semi-romantic drama movie. The fact that the title character tries to be a superhero is used in this movie as a mean to express an end not being the ultimate goal of the movie itself. It makes nicely timed use of infrequent special effects to emphasize what it's getting at.Griff and Melody's mentalities seemed a bit questionable at times and the ending is nicely ambiguous.
