I appreciate the fact that, even though the hero of this book is the twin brother of the hero of the first book in this series, he has a noticeably distinct personality, and his story takes a totally different track. The hero and heroine are well-matched, like all of MacLean's couples, and the change of scenery from London makes for a nice change of pace. Recommended for fans of light, funny regencies.

This series just keeps getting better! I loved the chemistry between Nick and Isabel. The supporting cast were unique and important to the plot. It was great to see previous characters at the beginning and at the end of the book. I cannot wait to read about Julianna's adventures in love in the last book of the trilogy, Eleven Scandals to Start to Win a Duke's Heart. If you love historical romance you need to read this series (starting with Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake) or if you don't this is a great series to start with!

Liked this story a lot - fairly original. I liked the chemistry between the male and female lead characters. The female was a bit obstinate and self-sacrificing for my taste but overall liked her strengths.
