@Mee2 : I cannot vouch personally for what is said in this book for the simple reason that I have not read it yet. But if you look into the history and money transactions in the National Cancer Institutes and the likes, you will understand that they don't always defend the best interest of the general public. The same author explains that in another book and for me based on what happened in France to silence cancer prevention research, by default, I do not trust cancer institutions.
I'd suggest you do research for yourself rather than trust official cancer institutions. Whatever conclusion you come up with is entirely yours but I think that will be better informed than what you currently know.

According to the National Cancer Institute PDF document (http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/disparities/lifelines/2012/2012-cancer-myths-aa.pdf) "Cancer Fact or Fiction: Separating Myths from Good
Information": "Myth––People get cancer from . . . (just fill in the blank as to what you have heard)." Among many are CELL PHONES, microwaves, and low-frequency magnetic fields produced by power lines and household electric appliances. So, how serious is this book?!

A must read for those who are active cell phone users and have young children. The evidence of DNA damage and long term health effects are strongly backed up by scientific data. Highly recommended.

concerns that studies showing no danger are rife w c. of interest (eg large population with business users (probably the heaviest users) omitted, with no stratification between light users and heavy users--ie diluting the stats

that radio frq waves can damage dna; do interfere with blood brain barrier and definitely penetrate brain 4-6 cm deep. (ie more potential harm to children and persons with smaller skulls

also some evidence that radio frq exposure (cell phones) diminish fertility, esp male.
