I love how this book is broken down in terms of seasons & seasonality in helping the reader make informed food choices. I'm always inspired by fresh, seasonal foods. Farmers markets are my 'mystery box'--it is always inpiring (for me) to look at what is fresh, available & newly picked--then think of how I can utilize the ingredients in creative ways. This book just confirms that a lot more is possible than what many think.
