Truly I did not expect to like Delivering Happiness. I thought it would a hubris filled self-agrandizing account of building Zappos. What I found instead was a truly heart-felt, genuine account of Tony Hsieh's journey, with some exceptional learning tidbits along the way. In fact, one of the most amazing aspects of Hsieh's leadership journey has been his transparency. I wish I would more of the gumption of senior managers and leaders - to be as transparent, and straight forward with their managers, leaders and employees.

Very well-written and inspiring. Tony Hsieh's obsession with creating "WOW" experience and engaging with customers to gain trust is really the fundamental factors to success in any kind of business!
