What makes me a Sikh? That question posed by nine-year-old Zara Garcha starts a family's journey to learn about their religion. The Garcha family explores Sikhism by visiting diverse Sikh communities around the world: meeting with a Maharaja, cheesemakers, fashionistas, farmers, and scholars to glean a better understanding of the world's fifth largest religion. Their journey begins in Parma where they meet Sikhs who have a hand in creating Italy's iconic Parmesan cheese.

I have lived on 4 different continents and have experienced all different religions and cultures, so I did appreciate this docu and I really think people need to open their minds and and try to appreciate this low budget impromptu journey into sikhism by an individual who went out of his way trying to explain his . I appreciated his effort trying to show his personal experiences .

Very poorly made, like a kid with a cheap camera travels the world. No sense of documentary
order and substance, no sub-titles, unimportant scenes and talk. had to quit watching about
10 to 15 min.in.

We were very interested to see this and learn about this religion & culture. But the accents are difficult to understand, particularly if you are hearing impaired. No subtitles for any parts that are in English, even when heavily accented. Ironic that a documentary about a culture that is about INCLUSION has EXCLUDED an entire segment of society from watching their film because they cannot understand what is being said. A BIG missed opportunity for educating! We were very disappointed.
