I think it named dropped too much, was really boring, and I couldn't connect.

Cute story and a quick read! It makes me wish I had traveled through Europe after college. I liked the relationship between Sydney and Leela and that their friendship hit some rough patches during their adventures. This is listed as a YA book, but I wouldn't want my 14 year old niece reading it; there was some mature content that I felt is only for the 17+ reader.
