Investigates the theory that the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster in Ukraine had been orchestrated by the Soviet Union as a screen for the decommissioning of the Duga (i.e., Woodpecker) ballistic missile advance warning system (based in the vicinity of the reactor) because of the inevitable change in relations between Ukraine and what was soon to become post-Cold War Russia.

Interesting insight into how controlling and corrupt the Russian/Soviet government was and is. These tapping woodpecker-like radio signals are being transmitted to the US by this monstrous antennae from near the Chernobyl sight. Nobody knows why. Very strange.

This documentary by Ukranian artist Fedor Alexandrvich is an investigation into the nuclear disaster at Chernobyl. The dark secret that he stumbles upon proves once again that truth is stranger than fiction.

the theory that Chernobyl was blown up on purpose is so crazy, but you never know when it comes to Russia
