The full crossover story is collected here, and makes more sense than the issues collected in another large hardcover volume, Return To Glory. This tale pits a Superman who's running out of time against the immortal villain Vandal Savage, out to attain ultimate power. The storyline, when seen in full with all issues involved, works a lot better this way, emphasizing the stakes at hand and the clear difference between right and wrong.
