I was hit by a car and have been in pain everyday for last 10 months... doing these exercises have thoroughly helped even though I haven't advanced past the first week yet ... I still find it way better than the stretches my physiotherapists give me. AMITUOFO!

While I think a lot of this stuff is technically qigong and not really the true martial form ("Shaolinquan"?) it was interesting even if I found it impractical to have progress through each day doing the day's new workout while still being able to do like a set of 10 ussually of each exercise before then.
